When purchasing from Petal Paradise by Sea, you agree to the following terms: TUBERS will be shipped when it is safe to do so. Upon receipt of tubers you are requested to check over. If you are unhappy with a tuber you have 48 hours to email us with a clear photo of the issue. If a refund is issued it will be for the cost of the tuber only not shipping costs. If you believe that the wrong tuber was shipped after blooming, consideration will be given for credit for next year only if we carry the “variety in your possession”. (Photo needed. Time-stamped) Should the tubers you purchase "fail to thrive" before shipping you will be given the option of a refund or replacement- again these are "plants" and as such certain things are beyond our control.We are not responsible for any mistakes regarding shipping addresses if the payment company has old information that the customer has not updated.We appreciate your understanding and would love to supply everyone with all the varieties they wish 💫
